ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2010

 

NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Association will be held in the Village Hall, Waterhouse Lane, Kingswood on TUESDAY 30th March 2010, commencing at 8.00 p.m.

 

AGENDA

 

1. Approval of the Minutes of last AGM
2. Chairman’s Report
3. Hon. Treasurer’s Report
4. Election of Hon. Auditor
5. Election of Chairman, Officers and Committee for 2010-11
6. Open discussion and questions on matters of local interest and advice from our County and Local Councillors
7. Any other business

 

All Kingswood residents are invited to attend the meeting and join in the discussions, but please note we ask that only members of the Association vote on formal Association business. Notice of any resolution to be moved at the AGM shall be given in writing to the Association Chairman not less than seven days beforehand.   Subscriptions may be paid to the Hon. Treasurer or Hon. Membership Secretary prior to or at the meeting.

 

Nominations for any Officers, or a seat on the Committee, must be in the hands of the Association Chairman not less than seven days before the meeting.

Vacancies exist for Secretary, Communications Secretary, Chair of Roads and Transport sub-committee and Committee Members. Volunteers are urgently needed and should please contact the Association Chairman so that they can be proposed at the meeting.
